WP RIEHLE - the WP BAKERYGROUP company responsible for deep frying, lye application, tray cleaning and robotics - produced the following newly developed systems and presented them to the trade visitors:

• Deep fryer L2000 ENERGY  size 60 as vario station with automatic filling
• Lye application COMJET Peelboard with loading robot

On the very first day of the trade fair, the systems on display attracted a great deal of interest from trade fair visitors, dealers and bakery managers. And with good reason: WP RIEHLE not only presented an ergonomically redesigneddeep fryer, the L2000 ENERGY, but also set new standards in terms of energy efficiency. Clearly measurable savings in heating up and operating the unit convinced our customers.

Staff shortages and a lack of skilled labour are and have been another major issue. WP RIEHLE has the solution here with the lye application COMJET Peelboard with loading robot! The system can be operated by one person, the robot arm at the outfeed of the system takes over the stacking of the sheets in the rack trolley. Up to 300 sheets per hour with just one person - no problem.

Due to the exposed location of the WP RIEHLE stand and the resulting continuous customer visits, interesting discussions and a pleasing number of sales were concluded directly at the trade fair. Further projects are being planned and will be realised in the coming months.
