Live from the WP Baking Center in Dinkelsbühl, WP master baker Michael Schabert demonstrates the production of Wachau rolls on the new Wachau station of the FORMPROFI baking system for small bakery items.
With its integrated drum moulder and revolver stamping head, the system offers excellent product variety in the production of Kaiser rolls, double rolls, smooth round rolls, and other formed rolls.
