WP MixControl wins iba Trophy 2023

When does dough have optimal quality? The analysis tool MixControl now has this bakery expertise: WP Digital enables the automation of good dough quality.

The assessment of the best dough quality has always been in the testing hand of the baker with many years of experience. WP MixControl now makes it possible to apply this expertise to the analysis of collected data in everyday bakery life. Sensors integrated into the mixer constantly provide data during the kneading process. Using an app, employees can follow live how the dough is doing and determine the ideal mixing process in a repeatable and reliable manner, regardless of their own expertise. WP MixControl can currently be used for any KRONOS PRO mixer with multi-phase control.

The DBZ Magazine jury awarded the pioneering analysis tool with the iba Trophy at this year's world bakery trade fair.

Your digital access to your machines and service

You can easily log into the WP DIGTAL PORTAL from your laptop or smartphone using your web browser and thus have access to your connected machines, systems and digital products. The WP DIGITAL PORTAL is also your direct interface to WP Service, because, for example, spare parts can be precisely identified directly on the machine and ordered directly.

WP CONTROL IT offers live monitoring of machine data with integrated data storage. Sensors integrated into the systems provide permanent data streams.
